O TCE FECHA O CERCO

O TCE, que tem como um dos seus objetivos exercer a fiscalização contábil, financeira, orçamentária, operacional e patrimonial dos entes jurisdicionados, sob os aspectos da legalidade, legitimidade e economicidade, resolveu fechar o cerco.

21 prefeituras e 24 Câmaras Municipais do Estado estão na mira do TCE, que requisitará a documentação comprobatória da aplicação de recursos públicos e certames licitatórios referentes aos anos de 2006 a 2008.

Esses municípios já haviam extrapolado o limite da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal e, também, já haviam recebido um Termo de Alerta do TCE.

Graças ao bom Deus, São Pedro está de fora.

Graças também aos vereadores que compõem a Câmara Municipal e ao prefeito João de Deus que prestam as contas do município ao TCE de maneira regular e lícita, comprovando mais uma vez a seriedade, pelo menos neste aspecto, daqueles que compõem o legislativo e o executivo em São Pedro.

Não há nenhuma suspeita sobre as contas do município.
